Income Guidelines

Some  programs offered by CAPs do require that the monthly gross income can not exceed the current Federal Poverty Guidelines. The following are specific programs offered by many of the member organizations and the income eligibility requirements.

Community Services Block Grant (CSBG):	200% of Poverty
The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP):	133% of Poverty
Idaho Telephone Service Assistance Program (ITSAP):	133% of Poverty
Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP):	60%of Estimated State Median
Weatherization:	200% of Poverty
